Join our Nuclear Races Wild Forest Mud Run

Date: Sunday 6th October 2024

Location: Nuclear Races Wild Forest Outdoor Activity Centre,

Parsonage Farm, Ongar Road,

Brentwood, Essex, CM15 0LA

Time: Race starts at 10:30am, participants must arrive at 10am

Distance: 5km

Age: Min age is 13 years old

(13 - 17 years old must have a responsible adult on site during the run)

Entry fee: FREE entry with a minimum of £150 raised per person

Brace yourself for 20+ obstacles including the famous Death Slide!

Run, walk, climb, crawl and slide your way around 5km of adventure filled, challenging obstacles, all in support of your local hospitals.

No experience is necessary, so join us by yourself or come with your muddy squad for The Big Charity Mud Run on Sunday 6th October.

Every runner receives a charity t-shirt and medal.

Funds raised will support hospital areas in most need.
