Take part in The Big Charity Mud Run

The Big Charity Mud Run welcomes participants of all abilities, ages, and fitness levels. We encourage everyone to go at their own pace - walk it or run it; no super-hero powers are required!

The obstacles are great fun and have different levels of difficulty and muddiness. If you find any obstacle too challenging, you are welcome to skip it, but we will still encourage you to give it a try!

The Big Charity Run is not a timed event, so you can get to the finish line in your own time. If you have any concerns about participating, you may wish to seek medical advice.

Yes, children aged 13 years old and over are welcome to take part. Please note: children aged 13-17 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

Of course! We highly recommend doing the Mud Run with your friends and family – the more the merrier. You can even give yourselves a team name and set up a team fundraising page! Please note: each person in your team must raise a minimum of £150 to take part and run for free.

There is plenty of free parking available on site.

You will receive one of our charity t-shirts to wear on the day. However, feel free to wear a fast-drying, breathable fabric base-layer /tights/shorts/leggings that you are happy to get VERY dirty and wet. Running shoes are best to wear (no plimsoles)- the bigger grip the better.

Yes, there is an outdoor hot water wash down shower at the finish zone to help get the worst of the mud off. Bring a spare change of clothes/shoes to change into after.
